Travelling Programs

All CISV educational programmes are organized and run by dedicated volunteers. We aim to help our participants of all ages to develop the skills they need to take a lead and make positive difference.

At the heart of everything we do is friendship, in line with our founding belief that peace is possible through friendship and mutual understanding.

Youth delegates age requirements are based on year of birth.

Most programs are made available to CISV Toronto in late November.  We may also receive additional programs in early Spring so please reach out.

For any questions on our programs please email us.

CISV Canada also holds a National Camp each year for youth ages 11-17, which is planned and run by the National Junior Branch with assistance from the local chapter.  Ages 17 and above may also apply to attend as junior leaders.

CISV Chapters around the world
world map with cisv countries.png

Each year CISV Toronto is offered a variety of programs from December to March from participating CISV chapters around the world. While we don't know what opportunities are coming our way in advance, the best way to be eligible for a program is for the youths and parents to get involved in the local chapter activities.

Information sessions start in September and youth activities run from Sept-June. All applicants will go through an interview and selection process in order to be pre-qualified when the programs become available.
